The Billy Sparks Kentuckiana Pack was honored to have the top ACE of the Vietnam War, Col. Chuck DeBellevue, as the guest speaker at their June 29th Tactics Conference.  A crowd of over 60 people turned out to hear Chuck speak about his combat missions in SEA. His riveting slide show presentation and detailed question and answer session told a realistic, yet often humorous, story of the war from his vantage point.  Free pizza and drinks rounded out an unforgettable evening.
